What is easiest way to compare numeric score to textual meaning?

I'm getting reports that employees were reviewed at lower numeric ratings (2.34, etc) but that the textual rating (Exceeds, Outstanding, etc) are not matching up.

What's the best way to see the numeric rating alongside it's textual representation for our employees? Curious as to what the system says the numeric rating means.

I don't think a report exists but is there a field I can add to a report?

Thanks,

Bill
