Pre-requisites: Does anyone know of a way to assign a pre-requisite 30 days before an ILT start date

We need to schedule 4 two hour sessions of a critical training on each of 16 days this year. Each enrollment will have limited to 12 users. Since we are a hospital, we often need to sign up users months in advance of an ILT start date, so that we can schedule staff accordingly.

• To maximize the learning readiness,  the content requires the user to complete an online pre-requisite within 30 days before they attend the live training. 
• The ILT owners also need to be able to track that the user completed the prework before they come - (reminders etc)
