Synopsis: During good and difficult economic times, a bad hire can cost a company money and it’s reputation. Recruiters and hiring managers are increasingly focusing on the quality of hire, an enterprise-wide methodology for defining and hiring top talent. Ultimately, improving the quality of hire can help boost a company’s financial performance.
