PeopleSoft Co-Exist with Fusion Talent Management
Summary
Supervisor Changes - PeopleSoft Position Management ClientContent
In the delivered co-exist program between PeopleSoft HCM and Fusion Talent Management how does the logic handle a change in supervisor relationship when using PeopleSoft Position Management? Example - Associate John Smith, position 123 reports to Manager Jane Jones, position 456. On 02/15/2015, Jane Jones moves to a new position and Mark Dell replaces her. Mark Dell now is the incumbent for position 456. In PeopleSoft, this event does not result in a job transaction to Associate John Smith. He still is in position 123 reporting to position 456. The job transactions are keyed for both managers, Jane Jones and Mark Dell.
