Accrual Balance is not reflecting properly

Summary

Accrual Balance is not reflecting properly

Content

Hi All,

We have modified the Accrual Matrix as of 01/01/2018. We have modified some the entailment and we have added some new row.

Post that we ran the calculate accrual and balance job as of 01/01/2018. Now we are facing the below problem for those employees who hired after 01/01/2018.

The reason for this behavior is that calculate accruals job runs effective 1st Jan 2018 which will not include the New Hires and will fall out all GPNs who are having enrollments after 1st Jan 2018. This can be resolved by running the accruals effective the Enrollment Start date of the GPN impacted in the system.

Howdy, Stranger!
