ILT Bulk Loader: Enrollment mapping

Hey everyone, has anyone successfully used the enrollment loader? I am at an impass. My event name is typed exactly as in my ILT loader file and yet i keep receiving the error "unable to match enrollment event"

arghh...any wisdom would be much appreciated.
