Do the new BI reporting features offer a training offering report

We're starting to use Empty Training Offerings to gauge interest in potential event offerings. This should work pretty well. However, we'd really like to report by category for training offerings for these empties. Rather than having to go into training offerings and report on folks that have flagged interest by individual item, we'd like to schedule a report.

I've looked at every reporting option I can find with legacy and insight and haven't found anything that'll report Training Offerings by category. Am I missing something? If not, does the new BI address this need?
