Does Learn provide ability to identify “email address” as unique identifier? If not do we have any options in Learn to restrict user from creating Multiple accounts.

Hi !

The situation is for Non-SSO login, where the users are allowed to register themselves and enter Learn centre. Now the issue is few users are creating multiple accounts to login which we wan't to restrict. On registration page one mandatory field is "email" we want to make it as unique identifier to defend against multiple creation of accounts, does Learn provide ability to identify “email address” as unique identifier? If not do we have any options in Learn to restrict user from creating Multiple accounts.
