Is there a way to bulk update every user's password ?

There is a situation where we need to update every user's password , kind of bulk update where password will be same for each user. I found a way through Bulk import users option, but since I haven't tested I doubt if it will work even. However, is there any other way to do it for NON-SSO login ?
