Enrollment User Approval Reminders not going out?

Hi, is anyone else besides us having issues with "Enrollment" messages going out? I know there was a bug for enrollment completion not going out and supposed to be fixed over the weekend however we are also having a problem for the Enrollment | User Approval message going out 1 day before event start.

Our reminders are not going out and this is not good! Anyone else having issue?
