How to Export out Group List from Learn Center

I would like a list of all Groups including the ones with zero members

The Report Builder makes you use their templates and the closest one i can choose is the Group Members Report which does not give you the groups with zero members because it bases the report all users and what group they are in

I just want, on a spreadsheet, a list of all the groups in our Learn Center, it seems simple but i can't find a report that can do this.
