we are trying to add a 4th level sublearn center and seem to have run into a 3 layer limit

Hi. We have multiple portals and we are trying to add a sub Learn center Ext3 to Home/Ext1/Ext2. The Copy SubLC process is only only providing a drop list of our home and home/Ext1 learn centers. Does anyone know if there is a built in limit on the number of layers you can build?
