Hi All,

I have two questions.

1. Can someone please assist me with how the skills expiration date works? We have mapped skills to certain job profiles and want to know if we put in an expiration date of five years for example, if it will automatically update the dates to show correctly for each employee (each employees skills do not expire at the same time). IE if John Smith took the skill 1/1/15 his exp date would be 1/1/20 but if Sam Smith takes it 1/1/14 his expiration date would be 1/1/19.

2. Will the BI Reporting have more comprehensive reporting for Skills?
