Insight Reporting - Reports not "notifying" me or allowing me to export

I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing trouble/or has in the past with Insight Reporting.

 

I tried to run three reports this morning - and selected "Notify Me" for all three. Only one was emailed to me.

Then, I went into the "Manage" report section to export the remaining two out of the system, but it will not allow me to and gives me this error message, "Authentication failed; session may be expired, please close this browser." Even though I attempted to export after just having logged in.

 

Anyone else experience this? How can I get these reports out of the LMS?
