Training offerings
Summary
Are others observing Training offerings going to incomplete if the user attempts a second option?Content
Hi,
Training offerings are a wonderful feature to give users an option of equivalent training. Instead of creating multiple learning plans for clinical and non-clinical stafff we are currently using them in some of our Learning Plans to provide different options. For example we have a Learning Plan that has a Infection Prevention training offering. The user is to pick the one that is appropriate for their job duties (~ 90% pick the right one). However, many times the user will start the other option and realize they don't need to do it or they are just curious about the other option.
