We are having a challenging time with personnel and contractors creating duplicate/multiple accounts in LEARN. We have two sublearn centres one being SSO- no issues with this one and the other being External- here people are supposed to register themselves to the LC, we are having problem with this one.

Despite of giving out information over how to retrieve password and usernames, user still end up creating another account with a different username even though they already have an account.

Currently, only username is the unique identifier, I guess duplicate or multiple account would be less in count if email could be used as unique identifier.
