Is there any tool which we can upload bulk data (200+) values into Common Lookups

Hello,

We would like to mass(200+) upload data into Common Lookup (HRC_SOURCE_SYSTEM_OWNER) value ; we explored that HDL is used for only extended look-ups but not for Common Lookup data upload.

Is there any other best/simple method to perform this? Any best methods etc? reference to any Oracle note also can be helpful. Thanks
