Inserting LearnCenter Designer Pages

Unable to link to a designer page via the WYSIWYG editor

Ok my Taleo experts...  )

I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong.... I'm trying to  insert a LearnCenter Designer page on the Classic WYSIWYG tool....

The help sections gives me  these instructions:

 

On the ControlPanel:

1. Click   on the LearnCenter Design menu to expand it.
2. Click Pages.
3. Ensure the page you want to use is Published. If it is not, publish it now.
4. Rest your pointer on the row with the page you want to insert, and then click . This opens the page.
5. Copy the URL that appears in the address bar of the browser window.
