Has anyone else had this problem?  We have Electronic signature on LearnCenter created courses.  The electronic signature works fine in Chrome.  When we use Internet Explorer 9 we might have to manually reset Internet Options to factory settings to get the pop up to display (yes pop up blockers are always turned off for this site).  Now we are seeing the problem with Firefox and we have nothing that will fix it.  In addition, we are having issues with Internet Explorer 11.  Any assistance would be appreciated?
