To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered. (newly added) Please note that it is also important to respond to EACH comment your question receives. Your Yes or No response ensures an accurate status for your question.

Talent Management Profiles - Content Type
Summary
making a content type confidentialContent
I have created a new content type within Talent Management Profiles called 'Training'. This profile shows up on the 'My Portrait' page on the 'Experience and Qualifications' card - in the 'Skills and Qualifications' section, where the employee can select 'Training' and select the type of HR Diversity training they have taken.
I need to keep this new content type 'Training' confidential so that it does not appear when employees view the Skills and Qualifications on other employees. The other contents types that we have such Board Memberships, Education Information and Languages can be viewed by other employees. I have attached a document for visual details.
