When I use the bulk loader to add ILTs and Enrollments on the 15C version I am finding some of my enrollments have quotes

Is anyone else having this issue :

When I use the bulk loader to add ILTs and Enrollments on the 15C version I am finding some of my enrollments have quotes around the enrollment or session title. I look at my file and it does not have quotes and it isnt all of the sessions. Has anyone else seen this?
