I believe this is a known issue and I'm curious if there is a workaround until this issue gets fixed.

A user has alerted me that she has completed all mapped items on her learning plan,  but the learning plan is still showing incomplete. As a result, she is getting reminder emails triggered based on due date of the learning plan. When I put in an SR, I saw that this is a known issue since early this year. Does anyone have insights on how you handle this in the meantime? I believe the issue doesn't affect all users, just a select few.
