Customize the saved search for so all users can have it as their default search

Hi,
Trying to Customize the saved search for so all users can have it as their default search, but when signing in with new user, the search was not saved and not be default!
I change the critirias searc in advance-> clicked save and apply it, but only works for particular user..
Please if someone can asist.
