Display eCourse sub-category titles

Looking for a way to highlight the sub-category title.

We have several thousand eCourses. They are divided into categories and then sub-categories. When displayed, the sub-category titles appear similar to the eCourse names. Is there a way to change the color or size of the sub-category titles? (see image)
