Possible Latency???

We are starting to get complaints again about the system running very slow.  I have been running reports all day long and I am noticing that it is taking about 27 seconds for BI Reporting to open once I click the item in the Control Panel.  Also having problems saving enrollments and running LearnCenter Reports.  Is anyone else having this issue, if not I will open an SR.

 

Update: Problem no longer exists.
