Return only latest Application Reject/Decline Motive in OBI

Summary

Trying to pull the final reject/decline motive per application in an OBI report

Content

We had Application Tracking Reject/Decline motive on a report in Business Objects on an applicant report based on filled reqs. Now in OBI I found Historical Motives under CSW - Historical Status but when I add it, it returns multiple rows with miscellaneous or blank data. The largest number in the historical status sequence appears to be what I need.

Can anyone help me with the formula so I can only pull the final application reject/decline motive (if there is one) or null (for those who got the job or weren't given a decline code)?

Howdy, Stranger!
