To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered. (newly added) Please note that it is also important to respond to EACH comment your question receives. Your Yes or No response ensures an accurate status for your question.

user-defined variable in paragraph
Summary
In a message template paragraph, can a dropdown menu from a UDF be made visible to a recruiter and prompt for a selection?Content
I'd like to add a particular UDF to a message template paragraph. The UDF is a dropdown (single-answer) selection menu and I'd like recruiters to make a selection from the dropdown when reviewing/editing the correspondence, prior to sending it.
Currently, the variable just appears as its {VariableName} and doesn't substitute the actual dropdown menu for the variable when I review the correspondence.
This is probably silly and not possible, but I had to ask since I couldn't find an answer for this anywhere.
