Username and now User ID?
Summary
Wher can I find information about User ID?Content
After years of selecting/finding users by username, I now see in BI Reporting a field for User ID as well. Could someone please explain to me or point me to the document that explains the purposes and distinctions between username and User ID? My searches of this forum and online help haven't been fruitful. Is User ID required for running BI reports or can I build joins just on username? Can I see User ID in a user's profile or do I have to run a report to get that information?
