sluggish response time running reports

I don't know for sure this is Oracle's issue, but I have tried IE, Firefox, and Chrome, and in each browser the reporting function of Control Panel appears to be frozen - behavior very much like the behavior we saw in early January, when (presumably) many people were trying to run month-end reports. Anyone else seeing sluggish or completely frozen response from Control Panel?
