Does anyone know if there is a registry key or something special to change the wording on the password recovery page?  We recently instituted Password Recovery Questions and password recovery and people are complaining that the instructions are lacking and confusing and that nothing tells them that their answers are case sensitive. We are getting a lot of internal support tickets on this issue and I was asked to change the wording on this page.  the area in yellow is what I need to change.
