Best Practice for granting user roles in Fusion/Cloud ERP


  1. Our current process is basically an email to an admin.  
  2. The admin then emails a business owner to confirm the role can be granted.
  3. Once approved, the admin than grants the access.

Pretty basic and seems relatively manual.  Just confirming if this is a similar process being used by other customers.  Confirming there is not a more formal way to manage this process in Fusion.
