Searching on Skills and Qualification

Employee searching and viewing Skills and Qualifications on other employeesContent
We are tracking several different types of Skills and Qualifications section such as Languages, Licenses & Certifications, Education and Board Memberships.
When an employee views another employee in the person gallery, they do not see any information under the Skills and Qualifications section. They see this information under their own profile but not on other employees. Also, in the person gallery, when the employee searches for a particular skill, they do not get back any results. For example, if an employee wanted to know if any other employees spoke French, they would search on the key word of 'French' in the person gallery. A list of employees who have the language of French recorded would appear in the search results. The
