Avoiding Unconscious Bias/Blind Review
Summary
Hide identifying candidate data to allow for a blind review from Hiring ManagersContent
Our organization has been looking into ways to avoid unconscious bias with many of our processes including the hiring process. We are being asked for ways to allow hiring managers to conduct a "blind review" of their candidates. By that we mean hiding any identifying information about the candidate (name, address, email address, potentially their schools, etc.) I know how to hide this on the candidate info page view for hiring managers, but the bigger challenge lies in the resumes and any attachments. Are any other organizations doing something like this and if so, how? Thank you.
