Goal Alignment v Copy
Summary
Does Goal Alignment create a back end connection?Content
Hello.. I am trying to gain a greater understanding of the difference between goal alignment and copying..
It would seem to me that goal alignment would create a back end connection between the goals assigned that would make reporting easier/possible, and that copying takes on the verbiage but doesn't create any lasting association between the goals..
Is this correct?..
If the premise that goal alignment does create a connection is correct, which report would show me the results of this company goal and the associated manager/employee goals?.. I assume it to be "Company Goal Rollup" but I am not seeing any data on that report (which isn't a huge surprise as we are still testing, but I do believe something should populate)..
