Hi! I have not been able to find a standard report that includes who assigned/mapped a learning plan to the user. 

Our Managers/Supervisors are responsible for mapping learning plans to their teams. To show acceptance and adoption we'd like to provide our stakeholders with some stats on how many supervisors are mapping learning plans to their direct reports. 

Has anyone built a report to include this? Any help is greatly appreciated!
