Starting up

Start with the Manage HCM Predictive Models setup task.  This task displays the two models (Voluntary Termination and Performance) and it shows their accuracy (the most recent and a trend graph once there are some data points).  Use the "Calculate Predictions" button to generate the predictions.  Once this is complete, you should see figures for the accuracy (remember that an accuracy of 50% is the same as random choice, i.e. tossing a coin).  This task also allows you to edit the attributes that are used to make the predictions - there's no need to adjust the model attributes initially.
