Getting warning on mixed media content

Hello-- We are getting the "Show All content" message when we access our learn center, and a section of our page with images scrolling does not work if we say No.  Please let us know if you have this issue and what we can do to fix it, as our I.T. will not change the setting on Display Mixed Content to YES, they want to leave the setting to PROMPT.  Any suggestion/help is appreciated.
