Hello,

I'm trying to start to use the BI Reporting so we can begin email reports to managers; however, I can not seem to get it to work.

I am using myself as a test; so, yesterday I completed the following steps:

  1. Ensured I have all the BI permissions
  2. Created the report
  3. Scheduled the report to run daily
    • Checked the "lnclude link to the report"
    • Added myself as a recipient

But I didn't receive an email today, in either the Learn Center or my Outlook.

With notifications/messages for learning object our emails are received in Outlook, so I was expecting the same result.  Can anyone point out something I'm doing wrong?
