We are having an issue with SCORM 1.2 courses being marked Incomplete after users have previously successfully completed the course. This frequently occurs when the user looks at their Learn Plan immediately after successfully completing the course, and notice the Learn Plan's course is still marked Incomplete. Based on an LMS Data review and reviewing their User screen, we see that they restart the course and bail out before completing the course. The course is now marked Incomplete in Learn, but often retains a Course Completion Date. When we use the Completion Status tool from the Control Panel and set the Course to
