Monthly Salary instead of annual salary

Is there any way to show monthly salary instead of annual salary on Personal Information?

We are currently implementing Fusion HCM Rel 11 to our organisation (as a new HCM system). In Finland the common way to handle compensation is through monthly salary and that's what employees want to see. Now we have not found any way to change the view from recurring annual salary to monthly in employee or manager view. Any ideas for this?
