Bulk Loader for External Training

Is Self-Study the same as External Training?Content
For some reason I seem to remember in the 16A release presentation they mentioned that we could now load External Training through the Bulk Loader. After looking it over I thought this might be the Self Study option in the Enrollment loader.
Is that correct? Will it show as External Training, meaning in the External Training DO, or will it only show in the Enrollment DO or Transcript Widget?
I am asking about the External Training DO because one of our markets is still using that DO. They will not be transitioning to new widgets until next year at the earliest.
