Dynamic Group Assignment of Skills

Would skills be remove if you assign them using dynamic group.

Hi All,

I was testing the dynamic group functionality and notice that you can assign skills using dynamic group.  My question is that if the learner is assign the skill, through dynamic group, and the learner completes the course and attain the skill.  Would the skill be removed similar to the learning plan if the learner is remove from the dynamic group?
