Problem when loading courses

I have three training courses, all of which I uploaded at the same time via SCORM Class Importer.  Two of them worked fine, one is giving me an Application Error Encountered (ref. ID. 52640).

Anyone run into this before?  I have tested my course outside of the LMS, works fine, I have reloaded with the same settings as the other two.  They are all the same file type and around the same size.

Thoughts?
