Has anyone implemented the 3Tier Multiple assignment employment model or 2Tier Multiple assignment model? If yes, can you share challenges/considerations/lessons learned as it relates to self service, legal entity transfers,
conversion, interfaces and integration impacts with other modules (i.e. Benefits and Comp)? Trying to determine (soon) the best approach and analyze things to consider. Employee population does include some employees that have contracts and a few employees with multiple assignments.
