Remove Permission to Edit Phone and Email Address from Profile Page - R11 Upgrade

Remove ability of worker to edit their Phone and Email AddressesContent
I am relatively new to Fusion and previous to the upgrade to R11 our workers were not able to edit their email address or phone number. After the upgrade they can now update both fields. Can you provide any insight on how to ensure workers cannot change this information?
