What's going on with Assignments?

Summary

Why are the previously completed assignments displaying in the queue?

Content

Previously, the assignments module only displayed the assignments to be completed. Now all assignments (completed and incomplete) are being displayed. This is confusing out users.

Is this expected behavior?

Is this an error or bug?
