How to rearrange row headers in BI publisher pivot

Created a pivot in BI Publisher and cannot rearrange the order of the row header

I inserted a pivot table into a template and dragged and dropped my sources into the fields needed for my pivot. The report meets my requirements with the exception of the row header. The current order of the row headers need to be rearranged but I can't figure out how to do so.

I need the row headers in the order below.

Ready Now, 1-2 years, 3-5 years, No readiness available. Attached is a screen not of it's current order.
