seeking advice on linking to Skillsoft videos

I'm trying to make SkillSoft videos page available to users without making it a courseContent
Our contract with SkillSoft as a third party content provider includes a feature called "Skillsoft Books and Videos," a hosted section that offers brief videos on a variety of subjects (aka micro-learning). In the past I have used a course link for users to access this section, but that has been confusing for most users. I understand it is possible to link directly to this page by identifying the path to the *.crs file on our sftp site, and providing users with that link, without making it necessary for them to launch a course. I am hoping someone can advise how to do this; specifically, what is the necessary syntax. Has anyone else tried this and succeeded? How?
