How to get the report for all courses and ILT completions for our learn center?

Data varies when pulling with report builder and BI Report

Hi,

   We want to build an all completion of courses and ILTs for our learn center.

Through BI report, we build custom report (query attached).

Also through report builder ,we used Learn canter report for course completion and completed ILT session report for ILT completions(steps attached).

To our surprise the count we are getting in BI report and report builder varies a lot.

Any suggestion how we can get the exact report for all course and ILT completion for our learn center?
