Double Rejection Emails

I have candidates in New main status receiving 2 of the rejection emails when a position is closed/filled.Content
We have two different auto emails going out to candidates in "New" main status regarding two different reject scenerios. One goes out when a req is filled or cancelled and another after resume review. However, all candidates in "New" status when a req is filled or cancelled are getting the "Filled or Cancelled" email first and a minute later they are getting the "After Resume Review" rejection email. I've checked both statuses and the correct templates are attached to each. Can someone help me locate the setting I can't find that is sending both of these emails out to the "New" candidates?
